Equipment & identification

Testing equipment.
Engraving tools.

Our shop equipment supports two separate services: hydrostatic testing up to 7,000 PSI and laser engraving for tags, plates, and custom projects.

01 / TESTING EQUIPMENT

Hydrorex M20-7000

Our shop uses a Hydrorex M20-7000 electric pressure test unit with a 20 HP motor. We offer hydrostatic testing up to 7,000 PSI, using separate manifolds for lower- and higher-pressure testing.

Test pressure is selected for the assembly ratings and applicable testing requirements.
02 / CUSTOM STAINLESS STEEL TAGS

Your information. On your tag.

We use a Cloudray laser with LightBurn software to mark 2.5″ × 1.5″ stainless steel ID tags with four horizontal mounting slots parallel to the wording and customer-selected testing information. Each tag is secured with two stainless steel zip ties. Specify the wording and identification fields you need.

Plan your testing inquiry ↗
A clear starting point

Define it.
Then test it.

No guesswork in the inquiry. Establish the assembly details and testing requirements before arranging shop delivery.

01 / SHARE

Tell us what you have.

Identify the assembly, quantity, end fittings, and known condition. Include the service application and any relevant history.

02 / ALIGN

Specify what you need.

Provide the required test pressure, hold duration, acceptance criteria, and any requested records. If something is unknown, flag it for review.

03 / ARRANGE

Drop off. Test. Pick up.

Local customers can drop off and pick up hoses at our South Hutchinson, Kansas shop. Contact INVICTUS before delivery to confirm assembly requirements, scope, pricing, and scheduling.

Testing scope, assembly suitability, and any documentation requirements must be confirmed before scheduling. A testing inquiry does not establish acceptance or certify an assembly.

Maximum text-block height is approximately 19.9 mm, confirmed by INVICTUS from the LightBurn layout. The preview allows approximately 51.5 mm between the illustrated tie areas. Text scale is calibrated to the 47.38 mm-wide LightBurn example; that example width is not treated as the available-space limit. This fixed scale applies to every line; text is not automatically shrunk to fit. Other wording remains an estimate until production review. Four mounting slots are illustrative; banding is omitted. INVICTUS reviews the final layout.

Assembly / item details

Group identical items together. Add another group for a different size, length, or connection. Choose common options or select “Other — list below” to enter a custom value. Unknown details can be reviewed with INVICTUS. Hose categories describe your inquiry; testing suitability is confirmed during scope review.

If yes, enter the wording in the live tag designer and click Confirm tag & add to inquiry. We receive that exact preview with your inquiry. For bulk orders, you may choose to review tags from your inventory without creating a mockup. A confirmed sample illustrates one layout; it does not prove every inventory entry fits.

This sends your testing inquiry and any confirmed tag mockup to INVICTUS for review. It is not an accepted test scope, final quote, or schedule confirmation; we will confirm those details with you directly.

Before you start

A few practical
questions.

Can I drop off and pick up hoses locally?

Yes. INVICTUS Industries provides hydrostatic hose testing at our physical shop in South Hutchinson, Kansas. Local customers can drop off and pick up hose assemblies. Contact us before delivery to confirm testing requirements and scheduling.

Can you accommodate long hose assemblies?

Send the full hose length, type, size, end connections and testing requirements. Our shop uses an open-floor layout with bolted hold-down clamps. We review the assembly and available setup before confirming acceptance and scheduling.

Can I submit a complete hose inventory?

Yes. Choose the large-order option to upload an Excel spreadsheet, CSV, or PDF up to 4 MB, or choose to email your list later. Include existing hose IDs. A representative tag preview is optional for bulk inquiries.

Can you test hoses already in service?

Submit the existing IDs, condition, service history, and available manufacturer or testing records. Suitability and the required testing scope must be reviewed before INVICTUS accepts the order.

What pressure range can you test?

We offer hydrostatic testing up to 7,000 PSI. Our pictured shop station is used below 2,000 PSI, with a separate manifold for higher-pressure testing. Each test pressure is selected according to assembly ratings and the applicable test requirements.

What if I don’t know the test pressure?

Mark it as unknown and identify the assembly and application. Include any manufacturer information or project testing specification you have so the requirement can be reviewed.

Can I arrange on-site testing?

This website focuses on shop-based testing. Any request outside that scope requires a separate discussion with INVICTUS.

Can you customize stainless steel tags?

Yes. Our 2.5″ × 1.5″ stainless steel ID tags have four horizontal mounting slots parallel to the wording; two stainless steel ties pass through the slots and wrap around the hose. Include your desired fields and wording in the inquiry.

What if I need a specific report or test record?

List the required record, format, acceptance criteria, and governing specification in your inquiry. Confirm the documentation scope before scheduling.

Does this form book a test?

No. It sends an inquiry with your assembly details and any confirmed tag mockup. Scope, suitability, pricing, and scheduling need direct confirmation from INVICTUS before delivery.
