Whether you call it hose testing, hydro testing, or hydrostatic pressure testing, start with the assembly and its requirements. Send us the hose type, size, length, end connections, existing identification, and your requested test specification. INVICTUS reviews the proposed scope before confirming suitability, pricing, and scheduling.
Testing capacity is not a recommended test pressure. The required pressure, hold duration, and acceptance criteria must be established from assembly ratings, manufacturer information, and the applicable testing requirements.
Existing hoses and existing identification
Have hoses already in service? Include their service history, current condition, existing IDs, and any manufacturer or prior testing records in your inquiry. Existing assemblies require a suitability review before testing is accepted. Your inventory provides the reference for matching each assembly to the agreed test records and tag information.
One hose or a complete inventory
For a small order, enter assembly details in our inquiry form. For a larger order, choose the existing hose inventory option and upload your Excel spreadsheet, CSV, or PDF, up to 4 MB. You can use your own list or our optional template. If your list is not ready, submit your inquiry and email it afterward.

Discuss the documentation you need before scheduling. Our sample turnsheet illustrates the assembly information and testing fields that can be recorded. Customer-required report formats, acceptance criteria, and governing specifications must be included in the inquiry and agreed as part of the scope.
Custom laser-marked stainless steel identification tags can include agreed assembly information, existing IDs, test dates, and test pressures. The online tag preview helps review available space and a representative layout. For bulk orders, each assembly’s information comes from the uploaded inventory; one preview does not replace the complete list.
